Wilmot Farmers' Market History and Information
The Wilmot Farmers' Market has grown
from three vendors in the first year to a full slate
of 20 plus for the current season.
The Wilmot Farmers' Market is
registered with the State of New Hampshire as a
non-profit organization.
General operations of the Market is
under the guidance of the Board of Directors. The
Managing Director is responsible for the day-to-day
operations of the market and fulfills the role of
vendor liaison.
The vendors of the Market represent
a diverse offering of the finest that New Hampshire,
and the Wilmot area, have to offer including
produce, organic eggs, meats, poultry, baked goods,
plants, honey, syrup, specialty food items, hot
breakfast and lunch, soaps, wool, and fun and
function art items.
Held every Saturday from July
through the end of September on the green next to
the Town Offices in Wilmot Flat, the open-air market
attracts both local residents and visitors to the
area.
The market operates rain or shine,
with selling commencing at 9:00 a.m. until noon. So
even if the sun isn't shining, our vendors will
still be here to provide you with great tasting,
fresh, locally grown and made products!
Whether you come for the fresh,
locally grown or created foods, the arts and crafts
our vendors offer, to hear talented local musicians
play live on the bandstand, or to enjoy freshly made
baked goods and foods, you are sure to find
something of interest at the Wilmot Farmers' Market.
Bring the family, see old friends,
make new ones and start a Saturday morning summer
tradition by visiting the Wilmot Farmers' Market
this year. (Although we welcome everyone, we do ask
for safety and health reasons that only well-behaved
and restrained pets enter the vendor area.)
See you at
the market!
